Mr. Rozin holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kiev Construction Institute, Ukraine and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, Montreal. He also holds an M.S. in international marketing from Pace University, NY. He is a Professional Engineer accredited in Canada, United States and Switzerland, and is founder and owner of US-Russia Marketing Group.

Mr. Rubtsov holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Moscow Power Engineering Institute. He also holds a M.S. in Philosophy from the University of Ilmenau, (Germany) and has completed NORLET (Nordic-Russian Leadership Executive Training) in 1999.
He has an extensive experience in building and modernization of the various industrial plants (carried out 12 different projects) and a sufficient training in the USA on the Oils and Greases.
Former employment include various Engineering Management positions from Sales Engineer and Project Manager to Assistant Head of Department for the ABB (Asia Brown Boweri).

Mr. Krivov have graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute as an Electrical Engineer. He has an extensive experience in Computer Design and Electronics Manufacturing in the various areas of Indutsrial applications. Former positions includes Manager at the Foreign Trade Research and Development Institute, Trade Representative of Finnish Concern in Moscow, Foreign Trade Expert at VVO “Sudoimport”.

Mr. Studenikin have graduated from the Moscow State University of Design and Technology as an Chemical Engineer. He also holds a M.S. in Economics from the International Law Institute. He has an experience in Accounting and Trading in the various areas of Industrial and Financial applications.
